First Funded Research Study: HairDAO has funded its initial research study, which focuses on the effects of thyroid hormones on human scalp skin. This study is significant as it marks HairDAO's entry into practical, applicable research within the hair loss domain.
Intellectual Property (IP) Generation: The establishment of a system to generate and possibly commercialize IP efficiently highlights an operational success. This system is aimed at producing a continuous output of valuable scientific discoveries that can be used to combat hair loss.
Creation of a Patient Database: Although still in beta, this database is designed to compile genomic data from patients. This large-scale data collection could facilitate targeted research and the development of personalized treatments, representing a critical infrastructure milestone.
